We released integration with CorpAxe Calendar last year which allows event hosts to more efficiently market their events and the participating companies. Now we've expanded into sending interaction data to the CorpAxe Meetings solution. This new feature allows you to export an event's scheduled meetings directly from MeetMax to CorpAxe with a single click when you're ready. Please reach out sales@twst.com to find out more about how to sign up.
Attendees can now request changes to scheduled meetings
For events with moderated meetings, Clients experience difficulty in managing hundreds or thousands of inbound emails requesting changes to preliminary meeting schedules. This new feature allows you to centralize and standardize the capture of those requests within MeetMax to more efficiently manage changes across a scheduling team. Attendees will be able to submit structured change requests and keep track of them via a dedicated interface. Schedulers will be able to easily filter the Attendee or Company lists to identify open change requests and also have new tools to send change-related emails to the users from within MeetMax. We've also provided an internal scheduling notes thread which will allow schedulers to share internal notes about change requests with each other.
Table Talks add new networking options to your event, and help your Attendees engage with each other around popular topics. This form of networking is especially popular at events for professionals - such as lawyers, consultants, executives - where a peer-to-peer Topic-based networking program is more valuable than a Buyer-Seller framework. Any Attendee can propose to host a small-capacity discussion session. Once you approve the request and schedule the table talk, other Attendees can sign up to participate. You set the location and capacity. Attendees become more engaged with the event, and "user-generated content" adds to its overall appeal.
Rhythm Software is a membership management platform for associations. As with many association events programs, the membership platform handles event registration and member authentication. With this integration, you can import your registrants into MeetMax and take advantage of our 1x1 meeting management and onsite services.
As your team works in the Meeting Times pages, they might want to share internal requests and instructions. We've added a Notes button, which lets your team add these details for any Attendee or Company. The notes are displayed in a thread with the name of the user who left the note included along with the date/timestamp.
As we announced last year , as of February 25, 2025 we will delete all event data order than 15 months. As part of our new data security protocols, you can subscribe to our Event Data Archive service to have your past data stored on our secure archive servers. Reach out to sales@twst.com for more details.
Apply CSS styling to all events or specific events
We've added a new global CSS editor, where you can apply styling to all of your events at once. You'll still have our event-specific CSS editor if you want to apply styling to a specific event.
When you log in to the administrative portal of MeetMax, the Events List is now organized in a table format. If you use this page to list many events, you'll love the more compact display and easier navigation, as well as the new filtering options. The list will also include key event data (such as the mobile app access code) so you can access it without even needing to log in to the event.
For those who use our LeadTracking feature, we've added two new kinds of Leads you can track- people you've met with at an event, and people who've messaged you through MeetMax. As with our other Lead types, you'll be able to customize the screen display and export reports.
To make navigation more consistent between our desktop and mobile environments, we've updated the way page titles display.

Including cellphone numbers of other meeting attendees in calendar integration
Our calendar integration now helps participants communicate with people they're scheduled to meet with. You can opt in to have cell phone numbers appear in the downloaded or subscribed Calendar file.
