Category Title Description
Meetings Introducing "fuzzy search" to the Meeting Requests interface

We've implemented a new option for configuring your Meeting Requests page which allows for the use of a "fuzzy search." When requesting companies a single text input can be used to search on both the company name and ticker fields. And when requesting attendees a single text input can be used to search on the first name, last name, and company name. These searches also don't have to be exact matches. We're using a combination of two different search algorithms (single character replacement and phonetic match) to make finding the company or attendee you're trying to meet with easier.

3rd Party Integrations Updating calendar integration for personalized schedules

A long-standing client request, we've updated our integration with third-party calendar systems such as Outlook, Google Calendar, and Apple Calendar. This new feature allows an attendee to sync their personalized schedule from MeetMax into their preferred calendaring app with just a few clicks. And on top of that it works great on our web app - whether you're using a desktop, laptop, or your mobile device such as a phone or tablet. Please note that this feature is not currently supported in our native mobile app.

UI/UX Improvements Introducing graphical navigation on landing pages

As we now live in an era where most people access platforms like MeetMax on their mobile devices, we decided it was time to add the option for a more visual format. On the event home page, as well as on the company and attendee welcome pages, clients can now enable a graphical navigation. It allows attendees to navigate MeetMax by clicking or tapping on icons (in addition to still having the menu bar items at the top of the page). With this new feature, you can customize which icons display on the welcome pages, so you can use them to call attention to specific pages as well as provide navigation. You'll also be able to choose your own icons from the Fontawesome library of over 3,000 icons.

3rd Party Integrations Prism CRM registration lookup update

We've added a new configuration option to the Datazoic/Prism CRM registration lookup feature. Historically, registrants would be required to enter their email address and last name in order to proceed to the next step in registration. Based on feedback from clients (who observed that sometimes the last name can be imprecise), we have provided an alternative configuration which will allow for lookup to proceed based on the email address and an event code instead. This way, you have a choice of the second identity factor your participants use alongside their email address. This offers both added security and precise lookups.

UI/UX Improvements Updating the Leads page

For those who use the Leads page in MeetMax, we have some great improvements introduced in this release. We've streamlined the process of configuring the page to automatically display relevant columns of leads. We've also allowed for a different view of the columns on the screen, versus those in the Excel report companies can download from MeetMax.

Reporting Adding columns to the Invitees list for Companies

A few releases ago we added for support for Companies within our Invitees module. This quick feature update simply adds some new fields, which can be included as columns for display and download. We've added the ticker field and fields related to the comany contacts, as well as custom fields which are only present on the Company version of the form editor.

UI/UX Improvements Establishing a configurable snap/slot duration for Find a Time calendar scheduling feature

A few releases ago, we implemented a new "Find a Time" feature which allows for visually oriented calendar-based scheduling in unmoderated events. This feature allows attendees to choose from mutually-available times to meet using a calendar interface, rather than a simple drop-down of time slots. Now, we're releasing some improvements to this feature. We've implemented the ability to control the display of the calendar interface in terms of how many slots are shown between each "hour line" as well as control over the intervals at which the "snap" happens when using drag-and-drop. This means that regardless of the time slots in your event, the calendar scheduling can be very smooth.

MeetMax API Attendee cancellation api service

We've introduced the ability for developers to cancel attendee or company registrations from the system using the MeetMax api service. This ensures that cancellation will fully clean up any engagements that were associated with the attendee/company (e.g. - meetings, presentations, activities, etc.).

MeetMax API Meeting feedback survey results api services

We've introduced the ability for developers to retrieve the results of Meeting Feedback Surveys in MeetMax. This had already existed as an Excel download report, but we had requests from clients to also provide it via api.

Deprecated Services Deprecated Services for Release 54

We've been doing some tidying up behind the scenes and are officially retiring unused or unsupported integrations. For this release, we'll be removing support for BlueJeans, Passkey, legacy Authorize.net implementations, PayPal Website Payments Pro, Twitter collection integration for Custom Pages, and Marketo.

UI/UX Improvements System-wide Alerts for Admin Users

The operations team always sends out an email announcement about new releases in order to let clients know about new features, but also to let them know of scheduled down time for maintenance. This new feature simply provides for us a way to show a one-time on-screen alert to all of our event admin users which conveys important announcements about the system.

MeetMax API Adding the request rating fields to the attendeerequest/list api service

Just as it says on the tin, by request from our api consumers, we've added the source and target request rating fields (e.g. interest level) to the api service which returns a list of meeting requests for a given event.
