Privacy First
Customer data belongs to our customers. We use it to deliver and support TWST Events platform solutions, and we apply internal controls designed to protect personal, business, and event-related information.
Compliance and assurance
TWST maintains a security and compliance program designed to support enterprise customer expectations and vendor review requirements.
Our Trust Center provides access to current security documentation, compliance materials, policy summaries, and other artifacts. Some materials may require approval before access.
Operational resilience
Reliable service is part of customer trust. TWST runs on monitored infrastructure with alerting and a defined incident response process, so issues are caught and addressed quickly. Customer data is replicated offsite and backed up on an hourly and nightly schedule — and we test our restores daily. Recovery objectives and availability targets are committed in our service-level agreement, and we're glad to walk enterprise customers through the details.
AI and customer data
Customer data and material non-public information do not go into consumer AI tools. Where we use AI internally — for drafting, code review, analysis — we use enterprise-tier accounts on contracts that prohibit training on our inputs. Any customer-facing AI feature will be opt-in, will document what data it can access, and will be subject to the same access controls as the rest of the platform.
Secure payments
Whether you're collecting registration payments for a hosted-buyer event or a large trade show, or paying an invoice for our services, TWST supports secure and reliable transaction processing. We run regular PCI ASV scans against our externally-facing systems and maintain internal controls consistent with payment-industry standards.
Security contact and responsible disclosure
If you've identified a potential security issue in any TWST service, please tell us. We treat reports seriously, respond promptly, and don't pursue good-faith researchers.
